Client has SBX that must have had a power surge. All recordings set back to default. Recorded System Greetings 001 and 002 without issue. When I attempt to record box greetings via Trans/Pgm 61 from a given extension, I receive an error message stating VMIB Warning Mem Full. Any suggestions on what is happening and more importantly, what I need to do to get the vmail operational once again? Thanks!

Fixing this requires you to flush the memory. This requires a log on and password so PM sent.

I've got it. Mem full, means just that; the memory is used up. Former employees left a lot of old messages. I will be clearing the messages and upgrading the software for the telephone and voicemail systems.
