ipo 9.0 with live answer @200 with line appearances,client sais when on call#1 if a 2nd call comes in she puts 1st call on hold and then she sais she can't put 2nd on hold i went there could not make it happen she called again i will go back,am i missing something maybe in programing or maybe a bug???

Add more Call appearance buttons. IPO is not a key system, and hence, puts calls on hold on Call Appearance buttons, not the trunk appearance.... I am betting that is the issue....
