Hello everyone,

I have a axxess system using 8.232 with Unified Messaging setup. We recently had to shut down our exchange server and reboot the VPU server. This first time we did this the voicemail to email function was working with no problems.

We had to being the exchange server down again to do service on the power supplies and now the voicemail won't send to email. I'm getting this error message when watching the Avdap

Any help would be greatful

Check the Outlook profile that sends out the emails, make sure there are no messeges left in there. (out of office replys are a big culprit...)
That should get rid of those errors.
Are you sure that messages are not getting sent out?
