We have all incoming calls answered by a live receptionist during business hours. How to I set the system so that an unanswered incoming call goes to a general day greeting mailbox after 6 rings? We have an Ipex2 v3.13 with emagen 10.3.15.

Call forward no answer to voicemail will solve this. But 6 rings is a VERY long time. CFNA timer by default is 20 sec about 5 rings.
