It seems like it has been in the 80's for most of the winter in Southern cali.I think Florida would be top 10 places I would move to, except when I hear about the hurricanes.

I laugh about that statement so often. It's been 10 years (2004) since the last hurricane crossed Central Florida and before that 1960 Hurricane Donna. Sure Andrew in South Florida in 1992 but really nothing more to worry about or at least not more to worry about than the Tornado's from the Midwest all the way to the east coast or the paralyzing cold in the North. There was a small earthquake a month or so ago down near Cuba but not near what Southern California experiences. Guess what I'm saying is there is weather every where and you just get use to getting prepared in June for what may come sometime between July and November. I can say as a outdoorsman, fisherman and Duck Hunter I really like the rain that comes with the tropical storms as they fill the empty lakes that get sucked dry by the water companies, resorts and the never ending influx of snow birds watering the lawns.

Weather and Joking aside. This post and job are a real opportunity for someone who is willing to work hard and wants to be a business owner, now or in the future. I am looking to hire someone right now. Or if the right person is interested sell to them and you can hire me.

Last Toshiba certification I have is Perception. I primarily do Nortel Norstar,BCM's and the Options. Samsung OS series. CCTV and paging. A few Toshiba DK424's, 280's and CTX's. Not interested in business ownership looking to sell mine here and move to Florida to spend weekends scuba diving.
