Sx 200 ICP 4.0.3.12MX It has a Mailbox option but I tried that and when you press the button it ask for a mbx #. I even put the ext in when programming the button.

are you using the embedded voicemail of the 200ICP and you must have feature level 6?
is the mailbox you want to access for sure programmed in form 50?

Panda, I stand corrected it does work. You can program a Mailbox key by expand set, "more" key 3 times, 1 for mailbox then tab and enter mailbox number.
Leave a message and it will light and you can press to access the box.

That maybe why this is not working for whatever reason the property is using a mitel messenger card rather than embedded maybe they did not want to purchase a license

there are no licences for just the vanilla voicemail, it comes with 100 mailboxes also. Embedded works well.

Ok so I set it up with the mbx in the embedded and it works does not work with the messenger card though thanks for the help

Sounds like they did an upgrade to the MX, and decided to keep the express messenger.
The upgrades came with only 20 mailbox licenses.
