1. Is Dataview still a current supported product?
Are dealers still installing it?
2. I have often thought that the UCD data sent from a older OS7200's did not often seem correct.
I especially thought that the data sent from the older OS500 for UCD groups did not seem to be accurate.
Did anyone else see that?
Does it seem to be accurate now on the newer systems?

1.Still sold and supported, yes.
Hardly anyone sells it anymore.
2. Accurate is a very fluid concept. Many people have hammered very hard and never been able to find technically inaccurate numbers, but that doesn't mean they are "right". The numbers they picked and the names they gave them are just arcane. If you're needing a reporting solution I'd recommend going another route...

Make sure you have the latest dataview version and patches, and ideally the latest system version.
I had a problem with stuck calls a few years ago (which was resolved via a combination of newer OS7200MCP software and dataview patches)
The only way your going to see if it's accurate is to manually count the calls/durations of calls, etc and then compare this to what dataview shows in the reports.
