I can't make outgoing calls since power went off and came on, rather the message "call restricted" shows on screen. What prompts need to be set to make calls? I was more concerned with all the phones ringing and perhaps set wrong prompts but resetting them hasn't helped, unless I set them wrong. Any suggestions. Thank you!
