I was wanting to change the way our Aspire calls into a digital phone. Now it is setup to where I dial the ext number it beeps in the room I am calling then speaker phone picks up with no one having to answer the phone. Where in programing do I change that?

From the phone you wish to have ring on intercom calls, press the Call 1 button, dial 823, then speaker to hank up. Test when complete.

So I have to do this on a phone by phone thing or can I go into to programming and make it to where you have to pick up the handset to answer calls?

Phone by phone is how end users would be able to do this. You can do this through the GUI if you know how to get into the programming.

I know how to get into programming but have forgot where it is located to change setting. could you please tell me.

Change option from "voice" to "signal" - this will make the system default to intercom ringing.
End users can still change it back and forth on an individual basis as needed.
