Every couple of months, I have to reseat a LSC because all 4 call buttons are lit up. Frustrated, I tried to figure out a way to reset the card remotely thru DBStudio. I went to the card and changed the 4 circuits from 'loop start' to none, and then back again. I didn't note the circuit id for each one and therefore went with the what it defaulted to. dialing '8' or pressing 'outgoing' gives me a line out, but now the buttons for call 1, 2, 3, 4 don't work nor light up when a line is in use. I checked 'CO Trunk Groups' etc by comparing with another site that I have and can't find any config differences. Any ideas what I missed? - Thanks, Greg

I think I figured it out. The keyset/mapping was set to 8600. I have 8560/8520 models. mapped the call 1,2,3,4 to a call key.
