Hello, does anyone know if it's possible to have distinctive ringing on DID routes. I have a station that rings when the main number is called and they have a personal DID number. The user wants to be able to have one ring tone for the business and a different tone for the personal DID

I think with FP3 you could do it.
It under Flash 43 Ring tone

It under Flash 43 Ring tone You can, and if you have to upgrade your XTSc...take it to 4.0 not 4.1.

Thanks guys, when I was on site yesterday I didn't see the option for ring tone in Flash 43. My release must be too low.
