We installed a 3000 encore system in 2012. The customer has not been able to use the redial key. I have not been able to determine why to date. Now three of the phones have no intercom dial tone and you have to use the ans button to pick up incoming calls. I've gone thru the manual but can find no reason for this occuring. Working phones (4110 model) have been installed on these ports with no change. I've checked programming for ringing and headset and speaker. This problem is also intermittent. I've also tried resetting the phones no go.
