Using OfficeServ 7200; SVMi-20E

I'm looking for instructions on how to point a DID to a specific auto attendant. For example if we wanted to close our building due to severe weather. Within SVMi-20E in Open Block Table\Menu there is a Weather Main Auto Attendant using prompt 1004. I have 2 EXT within MMC714 that I would want to point to this Auto Attendant if our building was closing. How do I direct incoming callers dialing a specific number defined within MMC714 to point to the Weather Main auto attendant?

Easiest way is to send it to a virtual extension or group.

I do have virtual EXT's that I could direct the DID's in MMC714 to (Dest1). I'm not understanding the concept of where to point the virtual EXT's to the Weather Main auto attendant. In MMC102 I could input a 10 digit number and forward to an external #, but what about an auto attendant?

What you need to do is point numbers in ddi table 714 to
auto attendant ( ring plan 3 )
make sure weather prompt is 1004 as you mentioned
and in voicemail change mode to 3

job done
should be able to change remotely mode number

how did you go?
I find it easier to bounce it to a group

so in mmc714 send the DID to a Group
in mmc601 create a group with a virtual Sli as member 1 overflow the goup after 1 sec to the Vmail
in the the VM goto Open block table>Menu>
goto forward Stn and in the menu input add the group and then say goto weather.

Cheers
