Is there a way in eManager to assign two CO lines to there own group so that all incoming calls go directly to a specified mailbox greeting without ringing the attendant console? I already have the CO lines (2 of them) grouped and going to the desired mailbox during the day and at night, but they incoming calls still ring the attendant station. We have an ipex2 v3.14 and emagen 10.3.15.

The simple answer is yes. Did you remove the attendant ringing in trunk groups and private trunks?
