Greetings.
I have a customer who was recently hacked. They received a large phone bill with several, long, international calls and had the phone company disable international dialing for now. I have checked everywhere I think I should and can't seem to figure it out. I have a screen shot from an ISMDR report I pulled from the IVM system and it is showing one call come in on one trunk (i.e., 802) and at the same time a call going out on the next trunk (i.e., 803) to an international number. (Since this is a sensitive subject, I blocked the numbers that were called)
They are using PRI service and I have verified that DISA is not enabled on the system. I also checked all voice mail boxes for any Follow Me settings and there are none. I don't work on these often, so I don't know if I am just missing something.
I appreciate any suggestions or help anyone can provide. Thanks!

Is there a TVSe in the system?

From what I read when I googled that, no. This is an older system that was installed back in 2001.
Is there a way for me to post the screen shot, or is that only to be done via private message?

If the software in that system is from 2001 you are playing with a DOS PCP program. Do you have a programmer kit with the correct software to get into the system to see how it's programmed?

Yes, sadly it is. It was one of the first Telrads I installed (: I keep an old laptop installed with XP and WIN98 just to work with these archaic systems.
I've been working with it using SB7.33B software for a while. I have a copy of the file open now...

I should mention that they are using a 12 channel T-1 for their trunks.

If there is no DISA setup my guess is you are looking at a voicemail issue. If it's a IVM you are going to need APPGEN to look at the issues.

Set FWD COR to "I" for all COS. This should stop the system for forwarding out of the system.
The SMDR should show the EXT that made the call
