I haven't found this in the manual, I need to program the message button on some new phones to call the ext for our voicemail. Is this set up in Emanager? Thanks in advance.

Yes you would set this up in emanager (or you can do it over the phone as KENB suggests). You need to set the system call forward, VMID, and VM MW Center Port. And of course have a mailbox created also.

Yes I have all that set. We just installed a new Stratagy ES card after the old one failed last week. Im pretty sure system call forward should be set to 1 just as it was before. I can access vm from phone by dialing 8500(VM Center Port) just not the message button.

Steve is correct, the button does nothing unless the light is flashing.

Ok thank you, I could have swore that the message button would take you to vm even if there were no new messages but I guess not.
