We have recovered a CTX 100 system from one of our offices that was put in just a few years ago. We would like to reuse the system at a new location in Newnan, Ga but I need to answer a few questions first: I am able access it via emanager. 2. We need to replace the handsets and the office manager likes the DP5022 hand set as the DKT3020 looks a "little dated". Any way, I need to determine if those hand sets will work with the CTX 100. 2. I need a tech to help with the programming and the cut over but am having trouble locating one in Georgia. Any referrals or someone who can program it remotely?

The DP5022 has 10 programmable buttons whereas the DKT3020 has 20 programmable buttons. Other than that, the DP5022 will work with the CTX100 and function exactly the same as the DKT sets but you won't be able to utilize the display screen to its maximum because you're running an older software version on the processor.
