No matter what I do I can not get an ip phone to work over nat.
If I put the remote phone directly to a public ip the phone will work.
If I put the remote phone on a router, the phone works for about 10 minutes and then it have to reset the phone. Display will still be good but the phone will not respond when you try to go off hook.
I was took to extend 84-23-01, but does not help.
I have tried 3 different routers, linksys, netgear, d-link and get the same issues
Anyone have this issue? Or can help at all.

Are you using the new 4.0 software? it is supposed to be more NAT friendly.

On a SV8100 15-05-47 and 15-05-48 would help. NEC warns that on a busy system this may cause problems as the CPU is under more load to process these requests.

Hopefully this is on the SL1100

Could someone tell me what router are they using on the remote side that works. I have tryed 3 difrent routers and still get the. Same issue.
Phone connects and wworks for about 10 minutes then dies and reboots.
Phone. Works fine if we plug it directly into the cable modem and set the proper static IP address
