Need to be able to setup IP phone through the IPRC system on Inter-tel however i have no support docs and the tech support im getting is limited to say the least.
Is there any support docs on how to set these phones up?

More info i have IPC card and a inter-tel 8600 model phone.
for testing purposes want to use it in the office we have multiple internet connections into the office so can test it that way by changing default gateways on phone/card.
However at the moment cannot get the two to talk to each other at all!
Will these support docs talk you through the entire process.

Follow the directions for setting up the IPRC information (IP address and all that). Depending upon the firmware level in the endpoint, you will have to enter IP information manually. In DB Programming, you must enter the MAC address of the endpoint. Once the endpoint and IPRC are communicating, there is a nice browser based interface that can help you keep the devices straight.
