I have a customer with a Partner Messaging R7 that changed the Admin password and has forgotten it. I understand not posting backdoor passwords, and as a BP I should really be working on getting this password myself anyway, but it's more important for me to get the customer taken care of right now. Is there anyone who could dial in and reset the password to default? If so, would there be a cost? Feel free to PM or email me. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have run into the same issue. I recently took over as the system admin at the company I work for and i've tried EVERYTHING. The password written down doesn't work and the default doesn't either. My system is also a Partner Messaging R7. Would anyone be able to help?
