Hello,
Intramail greeting kicks in after call has been answered. It looks like system doesn't know that call was answered Very inconsistent, happens few times a day (every 30-50 calls).
Any ideas?

Have You rebooted the dsx80 as a simple start.
Or download the system into your laptop and dump it completely then re load it.
Nec tech support on dsx is really good ,give them a call.

Had the same thing happen to me on a DSX 40. Call Tech Support and they had no answer for me. Never heard it before. Waiting for my Sales Rep to return my call and see what info he has got on it.

New or old? Initialized or not. If you Initialize and it's still there you have bad equipment, need to start replacing things.

Ray01. You mean TS just heard problem and said nothing, like reboot. Initialize and reprogram. Try another VM card? They just said go away.
