I just left a customer's site after rebuilding various CCR options. My situation is this, if a caller dials a particular extension, rather than going to the phone, it goes directly into VM. I've checked for FWD & DND at the phone, that's ok. I even checked for a hunt group or service related scenario. Got any ideas/suggestions?

You might need to use the Redirect software patch. What version KSU and NAM are they?

IDK, first time on site, new customer and they couldn't find key to phone room. Told them I research issue, don't know how long this has been going on. They have a NAM with multi tear/branch CCR.

you didn't need access to the phone closet to find out the versions...

Was it doing this BEFORE you did any programming? If not, check whatever you did for errors...

I just tried calling into the customer's site and then dialed several ext's and the same thing is happening. Ideas?

Found the problem. Didn't realize they had a CP-100 until this morning. In tables, changed Disable Dn to Y for Morn,Aftern,Even. & Non-Bus. Works fine now, thanks for the assistance.
