5540 IP console continues to ring but they can't answer it. They can answer any 2nd calls that comes in but the only way they know it is to watch the display for 1C/W I have routed all incoming and dial 0 calls to ring to a guest room and reset the console and it still is ringing even after resetting the console. I even tried a new console In maint it shows call waiting when I status it.
How can I tell what it is talking to?
