Is it possible to spoof the outgoing caller ID?
We are using Axxess 9.002.

We have a T1 with PRI card. I have found where I can mask from each individual extension, but I would like to make the change system wide.
Currently the number showing up is our T1 trunk, but that is not the phone number we use as our main line.

The only way that I can see to do this is either per station in programming or contact your carrier and have the main btn for your PRI account changed over to the number you want for your default call id number. That's what we ended up having to do.

You can copy Calling Party Number to all/some stations.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I have gone through and changed the number for all of our stations. Luckily this is something that will only need to be done once.
