I have a customer with a t1 and when someone calls one of their DIDS the caller can hear ring back, but when they call the pilot number the caller hears nothing. Is this a sys parameter or is it a problem with the t1? they have a 6.0 axxess. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure its something simple that I just missed or can't remember.

Is it a T1 card programmed for DID or a T1/PRI card? There is a setting called "CO Provides Pregress Tones" for a T1/PRI card, this might be what your looking for.
