We have two lines from Verizon that run into our Inter-tel PBX 8.1. I would like to have each line ring directly to each desk. The lines are set up in CO Trunk 92001. I have it set to ring to a routing table, however it defaults to admin mailbox, so I assuming its not reading the number dialed. I then created another CO Trunk and seperated the lines, so then I can direct the call right to the desk. Now since I divided the line if I am on the phone by default if my boss tries to make an outgoing call its busy. How can I change the Key Map so it will use his trunk? I have tried so many different things, any suggestions are very much appeciated.

they are the same line, I have gotten the beep through the line and have to program a button for hook flash, however I am now having a different issue.
