Using CCS v3.3
I've built a rule to route calls to particular CRAs/hunts to a dummy station that is forwarded to an outside Call Center.
I need to be able to set this rule up to start and end at specific times.
The rule will eventually apply to approximately 150 CRA's/hunts, so a STAR application isn't applicable in this instance.
Setting it as "Scheduled" isn't going to work, as it only allows me to specify a start time/day. I'm not sure if I can set up a condition for time of day - or at least if I can, I don't know how to do it.
Anyh ideas?

A STAR application allows programming of specific days and times without specifying a date. It looks at each line, in order, to match a condition. If it doesn't match, it will go to the next condition. For example, we have four different routing plans during the day. The first condition is M-F 7am to 8:30am. The next is M-F 8:30am to 5pm. Followed by M-F 5pm to 7pm. The final line has is Sunday through Saturday with no times (we're closed). It looks at the first three lines, in order, to see if the condition matches. If not, it routes to our closed routing. If the closed routing were first in line, no calls would ever go any further. You should have about twenty lines to work with. I put my four lines at the very end. This allows me to schedule special times for holidays, company meetings or anything else.
