Hello,
I recently received a brand new 8660 IP Phone w/ a boot code of 2.0.4. I believe it shipped with firmware 1.5. Anyway, it wouldn't connect to any IPRCs in my cabinet that are 8.1.3. I upgraded phone to 8.2.2 but now it says 'incompatible IPRC' at (address). Do I need an 8.2 or better firmware for IPRC?? Thanks
