We just had Contact Center Suite installed and I am trying to learn a little more about it. When I run reports, I get phone numbers, but not names.
Is there a way to recieve the names with the caller ID on incoming calls? What about adding Names for outgoing numbers?
We have all of our contacts listed in MS Outlook and I would like to know if there is a way of importing those names and numbers into the system.

Yes. We do it. But it's probably not what you really want. It only shows in Reporter Realtime. It cannot be used for historical reporting in Reporter. For example, we have lists of our sales reps, phone numbers and the city, state and timezone in which they reside imported into the system. When watching Realtime, it will display. When running reports, it will be displayed, such as a Call List report, but you cannot use the criteria to filter. Go to the Help Files in CCS. And go to the Data Manager application for CCS. Click on the Databases Settings tab in the left window. Then click on the Telephone Import tab on the bottom.
