I have a IDCS 100. on ext 205 when ds202 is pressed the display on ext205 says "access denied"? I have tested both extensions 202 and 205 and neither are "locked".
Extension 202 using her ds205 key can call extension 205.
all 5 other set ds keys all work as programmed.
From extension 205 using the dial pad dialing ext 205 the display still posts "access denied" :-(
I have swapped ds keys on extension 205 and no matter how I change extion 205 no direct call to extension 202 works!!!!
As usual extension 205 owns the place and extension 202 is his assistant!! He will not change extension numbers and wants this fixed!!! I moved the system last week and there were no issues!

Stn stn use. Can't remember the mmc off the top of my head. Somewhere in the 300's i'd guess. Maybe in cos as well
