Hey guy, we have an IP phone that stopped working out of the blue and shows on it's display "No Physical Address". Is there anything I can take a look at that would cause this?

Check the TVSe system programming and see if the station number is still programmed. Other than that check the settings in the phone itself.

Jeez guys, you wouldn't believe this but I think we have a gremlin that got into the phone and changed it to use the remote settings, using user 6666 in the RDS settings instead of the programmed extension.

Thanks for your help in getting me started on this.
