I have a customer with a DX120 and corporate office. They are getting msg waiting lights and caller id but no messages. No other problems reported. Any ideas? Thanks

Customer called and said line 1 was staying busy, had them reset system. They said after that they had msgs from last week. Problem is with all phones(9). Anybody see this before?

4 port flash or 8 port hard drive unit? I would swap the card / drive, load the 8.5 image on it and see if the problem goes away. If it's a hard drive those go bad all the time after so many years, especially the Hitachi TravelStar (laptop DeathStar) ones. The 120 can't set lights and callback numbers autonomously so that's definitely coming from the Corp Office DX.
