Working on porting over a customer from Verizon to cable pri. My outgoing service is fine incoming doesn't work. I have the pilot did for testing put into program 71 and ringing to program phone. I get 2 rings and a busy. Caller I'd is disabled and it's 4 digits being sent. Cable says everything is fine on their end it's something with my programming. Any help is appreciated.

if cable is using meta switch good luck, seems the 424 has trouble keeping timing with the meta switch
may be a good time to upgrade to cix

I believe it was in *66-5 and make it wildcards.

So I still have no luck. Changed *66-5-103 from main number to wildcards a d still no incoming. I can not figure out for the life of me why it won't take the incoming calls. Any help would be appreciated. My supplier is scratching his head.

So the culprit was *66_6 no leds were light.
