Anyone know the correct Impedence settings for POTS lines from the cable company?

We installed the system with digital phones and we still get far end users hearing echo mostly on conference calls.

This issue is driving us crazy.

Wave 500 IP but I think this problem affects most systems.

True it effects most systems but each system has a unique fix. Vertical makes the Wave, SBX, and MBX plus still have minimal support for multiple legacy systems. We just need to know which Vertical system.

Each cable provider is different as they use different IADs or modems with different setups. You'll need to play with the padding on the Wave to get it to be tolerable or acceptable though rarely 100% correct.
