Have magix 4424ld with plantronics CS70 headset, The CO lines go to a calling group before route to extension 10 incoming ring does not work on headset but if I go to program personal ring it goes through. Is there a different ring frequency on calling groups than on co lines?

have you tried to install the little mic on the speaker of the set??
