What does the ipoffice, basic mode, 2 port vm, do when both ports are busy? The AA is set to answer all lines on incoming every so often one of the extensions will start ringing on incoming call and the caller will say that they never got the message "you have reached......". I think it is because both ports are busy, any thoughts?

you are correct... it will wait until a port is free. If you are setup for the AA to answer all incoming lines first, I would add a couple more ports. If you have a person checking their messages, then only 1 port is free.

If you have an incoming call route that targets an AA, you can use the fallback destination to overflow to, in case no ports are available.
