I work for a Company that supports Hotels all around the US and we used to be a Avaya dealer years ago but no longer are. We still have about 60 sites that have Avaya Guestwork system installed and running. I am looking for a company to work with if we ever has a site that needs passwords defaulted or we need something done that we can't handle.
For instance we just sold a used system to a hotel of ours. I was able to take care of getting it programmed and installed but I needed the help from another company to get into the pbx and turn on mode code and get us more licenses for more extensions.
