I have a customer with an old IVS that suffered a power surge and the PRI stopped working. Everything else is ok, including the old AD-8 in-skin voicemail. It's just the PRI. We confirmed the PRI is working from the Telco by setting up a SV8100 and it works fine but will not connect on the 2000.
The customer has decommissioned several other sites and shipped out a PN-DTA card. I cannot even find this in a manual for the IVS, IVS2 or IPS. They show the 24DTA-A, 24DTA-C, 24PRT etc but not just a DTA. I have my doubts it is compatible but looking for confirmation.
This location will be closing in a little over a year as a new facility is being built and they were hoping to limp the system through and install new when they move.

The newer DTA card is not supported on the older IVS series. I suggest getting the exact same card (24PRT) or set of cards (24DTA + SC01) that they have now. I have both types in stock.
