All,
I’ve run into an issue with a SX200 AX install. The system is on the hotels network and port forwarding has been set up so that I can access it from a web browser. Well, that’s how it’s suppose to work. I’m able to reach the security certificate page but not the system login page. I’ve reached out to my network management company.
They’re are forwarding it to the server, but it looks like once it hits that, it seems to do some kind of redirect to the URL, dropping the external port we are using to do the forwarding on. We are getting the traffic to the phone server, but it appears to be doing something to manipulate the URL doing the login page loading. They’ve asked if the SX200 has any access control list but I’ve searched and have found no such list in it.
Any direction or suggestions provided are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

you may have to lower your security level in Java and add the IP of the AX
