I have a networked 7400 cabinet that is using centralized voicemail in a different cabinet. The customer wants to use a UCD group in the remote cabinet but there is no voicemail card in the cabinet for AA. Does anyone know a work around to get a UCD group to work in this scenario?

You're out of luck. Vmsucd isn't supported with centralised vm. You will have to put a vm card in locally if you want to-do ucd.

We have a medical office with two 7200's networked together with centralized voicemail at site one. We have (6) remote voip phones in a UCD group at site two connected to site one. Of course the customers have to dial the phone number of site one to reach the call center housed at site two.
