CIX670 (programmed through eManager)
I have a DN programmed as an SLT (analog line) and it can receive DID calls to it, but it can't make calls (inside or out) -- fast busy.
I know I am missing something as the DN is set up similar to another DN that can make calls.
Thanks

Correct me if I am wrong (and I usually am) but I thought the off hook preference is not applicable to SLT.

There is an SLT off-hook preference on the basic tab. So as usual, you are wrong.

Doh! Thanks (down at 50 instead of around 14 for others)
I switched it to OLG and that seems to work. What doesn't make sense to me still is that I have another SLT that was set for LCR Access and both DNs appear to be in the same group.
But OLG seems to work. (we don't really need LCR because we only have one route with our PRI provider)
Thanks all
