Our new Executive Director wants to play musical chairs so we have to reprogram everyone's extension to their new work spaces. Is there an easy way to accomplish this? The only way I can see is to use the switch extension feature but that is a nightmare. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why is the 'switch station' feature a nightmare?

Find yourself a tone generator and a wand and put tone on the second pair of each station cable. Find the tone in your telephone room and move the appropriate cross connect for each extension to where the tone is. You'll have it done in no time.
