I am running DB Studio 1.63 and trying to set up an automatic forwarding for the weekends. I want the calls that come in for one of the listings in one of the call routing tables to be forwarded to a cell phone on Fridays starting at 3:30pm until Sundays at 3pm. I want to make sure I do this right which is why I'm asking here before jumping into it. If you need further information from me let me know. Thanks.

1. Build and configure a STAR application that has your current schedule in it. STARS search from the top down, so put your normal schedules a the bottom and your special schedules towards the top. once a match is found it executes it. 2. Build a Phantom 3. Manually forward the phantom to the outside number 4. Build a Call Routing App that times out to the phantom with no greetings 5. Configure a schedule in the STAR to point to the CRA in step 4 6. Point your call routing table entry to the star Whala, that is it.

That is easy. It's exactly what I thought to do but it seemed a little too easy. Thanks for letting me know exactly what to do. I'm going to set this up and see how good I am at following directions. Thanks again.

When I try to set the phantom to forward to an external number I get "Forward to Restricted Trunk" displayed on the phone. Any ideas?

Go to System\Devices and Feature Codes\Phantoms\Specific Phantom\Associated Extensions. Make the "Outgoing Extension" value 9200. If 9200 does not work, make it 92000. That should fix yer problem.

Still not working with the Outgoing Extension set to 9200 and 92000 gives me nothing.

Thank you! I did not have the phantom listed in the group with permissions to access an outbound line.
