I am looking for a little help with a IPK II. I just inherited this system and find it hard to find troubleshooting documentation. I added an DID on Analog I used the DIL to port it to the EXT but it is not going off hook

starverii - can you provide more detail?
Are you saying you have a DID pointed to an internal analog extension, but when you call the DID, the analog does not ring/answer?
