working fine when uninmstalled by IT Relocated and installed all stations work but L1 thru4 cannot be accessed LED lites when line is called but stations will only ring on L5... Have password and manual and have warm booted and Flash 80 -2 and 4...will hire a programmer in Spokane-CDA area if necessary Local IT has skills but no XTS experience rsvp [email protected]

Flash 80 button 2 removes all ringing assignments for co lines and puts them all back into co group 1, button 4 defaults the order of the lines..physical port 1 goes back to being line 1 on the display if it was changed of course. I suspect that line 5 is in group 2 and all the others in line 1 and the phones don't have access to group 1 so lines 1 to 4 cannot be accessd. I think a tech dispatch is a good thing...easier than paying for tech to offer support over the phone.
