I have a customer with a Vertical Wave 500. They recently downsized laying off their receptionist, replacing her with the auto attendant. the problem is when people select the dial by name, there are two people, a father and son with the same last name, and when they dial their last names it just says those exts are 19 and 24, it doesn't say who is who. the full names are recorded and entered in the user management section. but the problem still persists. any ideas would be appreciated.
