My customer just changed phone service and now has Centrex service on all their CO lines. I need some assistance setting up a way to dial a 9 on all outgoing calls automatically.

It you setup ars on the system and set carrier code as 9 then set dial string CH
Set all numbers 1 - 9 and 0 to use plan 1

I think I have the ARS setup corrctly but I don't know where to program the carrier code and the dial string "CH".
