Hello All I was out at a customer that had a MICS with PRI and I noticed they where putting calls on hold that appeared on all the other phones. When I did feature *0 then hit the keys they said : Call 1 Call 2 Call 3 Call 4 They appear to be some kind of park buttons. Dose anyone know how to program these keys?

You can put Call 1-5 for all phones in the Sales Group. Call 6 - 8 for all phones in the Service Group Etc...... Break them up any way you want to.
