Just FYI if needed:
Today I installed 14.2 communicator on 3 user PC's that also were using Microsoft Dynamics GP2010. After installing Shoretel Communicator the users were unable to log into GP2010. I had to uninstall shoretel communicator until I found this workaround......
Create a folder called "donotuse" in C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP2010\Addins and move three files into the new folder.
I moved:
Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.Rtc.dll
communicatorPrivate.dll
CommunicatorAPI.dll
out of the AddIns folder and into the donotuse folder. Now GP can not find these files.
Installed Shoretel Communicator and was now able to run both programs without issue.
This fix assumes you are not using the "communicator' feature in GP2010.
