Hi guys, Customer called and says they can't pickup calls that are leaving a message by pressing the soft key on their display like they use to. Any thoughts? Thanks

I'd check the rest of the soft keys functions...possible serial link issue.

Check over operation of soft keys in relation to voicemail. You have a serial link issue or the voicemail ports are not connected to system in correct order

The VMAIL softkey option would have disappeared if serial were a problem. You can check in the error.log file on the voicemail to look for serial integration errors.
Make sure nothing changed with how the voicemail ports are connected. Call each one and make sure it rings into the port it should ring to, by watching at the voicemail main banner screen.

Thanks for your help. Found out customer was having PRI frame slips and loss of sync. After AT&T fixed the problem a system reset took care of my problem.
